# Pricing

> Felix is subscription-based. Your plan includes a monthly credit allowance for running workflows.

## What is a credit?

A credit is the unit Felix uses to measure workflow usage. Credits are consumed when your workflows run.

Your monthly plan gives you a predictable credit allowance to build, test, and run workflows. Higher plans include more credits, lowering your effective cost as your usage scales.

## How credits are consumed

Credits are used when a workflow runs — not when you build or edit one. Building, previewing, and testing workflows does not consume credits.

The number of credits a run consumes depends on the workflow — the number of steps, the connectors used, and the volume of data processed.

## Credit rollover

Included credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.

## Running out of credits

If you exhaust your included credits, upgrade to a higher plan for more capacity. Your workflows, steps, and connector configurations are unaffected by a plan change.

## Changing or cancelling your plan

* **Upgrade or downgrade** at any time from your account settings
* **Cancel** at any time — your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period

## Enterprise

Business plans include everything in Individual plus SLA guarantees, custom contract terms, and dedicated support.
